The ring on the Trailer Hitch Receiver Mounted Forged Tow Eye # TR63045 is approximately 1" thick. The Bulldog Winch 3/4" Bow Shackle # BDW20020 has an opening of about 1-1/4". This will work, but it will be a tight fit. I recommend going with the Bulldog Winch Bow Shackle # BDW20117. This has an opening of 1-3/4" which will be plenty to fit the Trailer Hitch Receiver Mounted Forged Tow Eye # TR63045. You can then use tow strap such as Erickson Recovery Strap # EM59600.

First thing you want to do is verify that you are using the correct dimensions for your hanger spacing on your trailer. The distance between the center hanger and either of the outside hangers should be right at 29-1/2 inches. There should be at least 3-1/2 inches from the center of the axle o the trailer frame.
Also, you need to make sure your trailer is being towed level. If your trailer is nose high or low that can cause the suspension of a tandem axle trailer to be unbalanced.

Is the trailer sitting nose high or low? If the trailer isn't sitting perfectly level that is a typical cause for the shackle straps to flip upside down. Or if they are too short for the application that could cause a problem.

We do have d-ring adapters for aftermarket bumpers but you would first need to contact the manufacturer of the bumper to make sure it is rated for flat-towing. If the bumper is rated for flat-towing then you would need to measure the d-ring shackle. The trailer lift kit options really come down to the axle type and setup. For leaf spring axles, you can either flip the axles with a kit like part # K71-384-00 or part # K71-385-00 or you can raise the hangers/shackles with a kit like part # LC425750. The 2-5/8" shackles you have on there aren't very common, but you can use 2-1/4" in their place when you upgrade. If you want to upgrade the equalizers along with adding wet bolts and heavy duty shackles I recommend the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster about your 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They told me they do not recommend using the D-rings when flat-towing your Jeep. They do not have the towing weight capacity that a system using base plates that mount to the frame would have.
The base plates I recommend are part # 1430-3. These will mount under the bumper on your Wrangler. These are not designed to work if your Wrangler is the 10th Anniversary Rubicon model.

There are two different MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kits for trailers with a Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit, part # MR58ZR for 2-1/4" or part # MR98ZR for 3-1/8". You'll need to measure your shackle straps and go with the one above that matches either of the two. If the shackle attachments on the bumper are single protruding points with 7/8 inch diameter holes in them then you could potentially use Avail tow bar # BX7420 if you use adapter # BX88296. But there isn't a way to use the Roadmaster Sterling tow bar.
The Aventa tow bar comes with safety cables. For lighting I spoke to one of our installers recently and he prefers the bulb and socket kit # RM-155.

With the recent addition of the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers # MR29DR I feel these are now the best option. These equalizers provide up to 4" of travel with axles up to 8,000lbs. Be sure to pair this with one of the shackle kits listed below. With that axle spacing the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35" Wheelbase - 8K # MR27ZR is definitely the best choice. Regarding the Road Armor # LC696740, I would only recommend this kit if you had shorter equalizers. You likely wouldn't notice a difference between the two, and this would not be the best fit at 6" long center to center.

When replacing the leaf springs on your boat trailer you will need to match all of the dimensions and the spring capacity as closely as possible to the original spring. Usually the measurement from eye to eye will lengthen and the height measurement will decrease with wear. See picture I have included that will show the measurements you will need to match to replace your leaf springs.
